Programmable fryer buttons ensure chefs cook wings the exact same way every time, no matter who’s on the line.
Automation eliminates guesswork, improving consistency, speed, and reliability.
Auto-filtering supports this consistency by keeping oil clean and stable behind the scenes.
Together, programmable controls + auto filtration = perfectly crispy wings, lower costs, and a smoother kitchen workflow.
🎥 Watch: Why Oil Quality & Fryer Tech Matter
Programmable fryers let you set:
Exact cook times
Oil temperatures
Shake cycles
Repeat processes for batching
Once programmed, every chef—from your newest hire to your seasoned pro—can deliver identical results with a single button press.
Instead of teaching each cook how to “feel” when wings are done, you simply teach them which program to press:
“Wings – Regular”
“Wings – Extra Crispy”
“Boneless Wings”
This reduces mistakes, speeds up onboarding, and lowers stress during rush periods.
Many modern fryers have alerts for:
Shaking baskets
Dropping product
Pulling wings at the perfect moment
These reminders eliminate undercooking, overcooking, and inconsistent texture.
While programmable controls handle timing and temperature, auto filtration ensures the oil itself stays consistent.
This behind-the-scenes support:
Prevents flavor transfer
Keeps heat stable
Maintains that golden, crispy finish
Reduces the breakdown that leads to soggy or darkened wings
And yes—it also saves thousands in oil costs, but the real win here is repeatable quality.
Clean oil + automated programming = wings your customers can rely on.
Programmable buttons standardize wing quality, no matter who’s cooking.
Automation reduces training time and improves kitchen workflow.
Auto filtration quietly preserves oil quality, supporting crispiness and consistency.
Together, these features create a more predictable, more profitable fried wing program.
Programmable fryers allow multiple presets. That means you can offer options without sacrificing consistency.
Many units filter at scheduled intervals or during downtime—no stopping service, no manual draining.
For most kitchens, training drops from days to hours. New staff simply push the program assigned to each menu item.
Yes—timing, temperature, and shake cycles are controlled automatically, ensuring identical batches.
Not beyond standard fryer care. In fact, auto filtration usually reduces cleaning because oil stays cleaner longer.

Your journey begins with a 30-60 minute initial meeting led by your assigned Chef Designer. This session is dedicated to understanding your vision and needs, translating them into an initial design. Following this, we’ll reconvene for a real-time collaboration session to refine the design. Based on your chosen package, you’ll have two to three meetings to review and finalize the design. For more details on what each package includes, click here.
Our design timelines vary, with some packages being completed in just 2-4 weeks. Your Chef will keep you informed about the expected timelines and next steps during each meeting.
Communication is through email and text, with the Design Kick-Off and subsequent meetings held over Zoom. This allows for real-time collaboration and adjustments. All designs will be sent to you in PDF format via email.
We aim to design spaces that efficiently fulfill your vision. If you wish to incorporate existing equipment, please bring the necessary details to the initial meeting.
